What is a Mautic Partner?

Mautic Partners are the organizations across the Mautic ecosystem who contribute most consistently to the open source project’s growth and sustainability.

To be eligible, your organization must be a member at the Community Tier level or above, and must also have a consistent history of practical contributions to the Mautic project, whether that be through code or no-code contributions. This can be through your own employees or through Mauticians who you financially support to contribute on your behalf on an ongoing basis.

Benefits of being a Partner

There are many benefits associated with being a Mautic Partner.

  • Prominent positioning in the members and partners database – partners are featured above members
  • Potential to become a featured partner, which includes listing on the homepage and priority listing on the database if you’re in the top three partners by activity and contributions
  • Opportunity to propose three features per year which don’t need to go via community consultation before being proposed to the core team
  • Logo printed on roll-up banner at in-person events promoting your commitment to Mautic’s growth
  • Invitation to partners-only events and consultation on roadmap development

We’ll let our partners do the talking 💬

Since Mautic is part of Leuchtfeuer’s business, it is a no-brainer for us to be a Mautic member and partner – and thus to support the project in staying financially healthy and independent, plus to publicly demonstrate our commitment.

As active contributors to Mautic’s code base, it was logical for us to also support the project financially to ensure it’s financial security and become a Partner.

More budget means more community growth, which benefits us all.

How to become a partner

Firstly, you need to be a corporate member of Mautic. Find more about that on our Become a Member page.

Once you’re signed up as a member, you’ll need to establish at least three months worth of consistent contribution to Mautic. This needs to be sustained – we review each month to ensure that partners are sustaining their practical contribution commitments. Let us know in #community who works for your organization and how they’re going to be contributing so we can be sure to associate them correctly.

Contributions can be in the form of fixing bugs and providing new feature, testing bug fixes and features, writing and reviewing documentation, and many no- and low-code tasks such as creating images for social media, writing content for the blog, and more. Find out how to contribute on our Community Handbook.

You also need to ensure that there are no active Code of Conduct associated with your organization.

Read more in our policy on the Community Handbook.
