Announcing the first Mautic User Survey

Today we are excited to be announcing the first in what we hope will become an annual survey of Mautic users.

We are keen to learn more about how you use Mautic, what you like and don’t like, how you think we can improve Mautic, whether you’re a contributor now or in the past, what holds you back from contributing, and more.

The survey should take no more than about 10 minutes to complete and we will be sharing the anonymised data with the community in due course..

Please do take the time to provide your feedback, it will help to inform the decisions that we take going forward into the future.

Here is the link for you to submit the survey:

The timeline we are proposing:

  • Survey open 17th June 2021
  • Survey closes end of August 2021
  • Data analysis and review September 2021
  • Presentation of data October/November
