1Life is a digital expert of heavy industry and also known as an expert in Cegid ERP integration.

Before the adoption of a marketing automation platform, 1Life was doing most of the marketing operations manually:

  • Sending email manually from end user requests
  • Sending marketing blast emails to cci user list form standard mailbox with daily limitations for deliverability matters
  • Low results and deliverability penalties
  • No statistics and analysis possible
  • Time consuming

Without marketing automation, the marketing team was generating about 50 Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) per year.

First, 1Life has been trained about the marketing automation best practices and strategies by Webmecanik. This also includes the best way to use all the Mautic features.

Then, the core of the marketing automation platform features are: dynamic segmentation and campaigns.

  1. Define personas and segmentation
  2. Define campaigns and scenarios you want all the targeted contacts to follow
  3. Create the appropriate content for each steps of the campaigns

The final result

After putting all the automation in place, 1Life has been measuring the statistics and started to introduce some AB testing changes to enhance the performances of its actions.

  • autogenerate object of email and introduce this in AB testing
  • optimize sending time to contact with AI to send on right timing to each contact depending on its activities history

This introduced a game changer to their statistics boosting their performance by +24% on openers and +200% on clickers!
