Situation: After the COVID-19 pandemic, Paellas Franco, a Peruvian catering service, faced a significant decline in sales and struggled to re-engage with its existing customers despite a rich history and loyal client base.
Challenge: There was a difficulty in reconnecting with a database of 1,500 former clients and attracting new customers. Monthly revenues had dropped to approximately 15,000 sales.
Solution: Seven Cats Studio used Mautic to automate personalized WhatsApp messaging campaigns to re-engage clients.

Paellas Franco specializes in delivering authentic Spanish paellas and providing full event support, including barmen, chefs, servers and dining equipment. Operating exclusively on a delivery basis, they cater to events ranging from small gatherings to large celebrations for up to 300 people.
